President Attends First Convocation of Central Tribal University
The first convocation ceremony of the Central Tribal University in Visakhapatnam was held with great grandeur on Wednesday. President of India Droupadi Murmu attended the event as the chief guest and addressed the graduating students. Congratulating them on successfully completing their higher education and stepping into a new phase of life, the President emphasized that the youth play a crucial role in India’s development.
Degrees Awarded to 373 Students, Gold Medals Presented to 13
During the convocation, President Murmu conferred degrees upon 373 students who successfully completed their undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs. She also presented 13 Gold Medals to students who demonstrated exceptional academic excellence. The President said that the achievements of the graduates are a matter of pride not only for their families but also for society as a whole.
Youth Must Lead the Viksit Bharat Mission
Highlighting the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India), President Murmu urged young people to take the lead in transforming India into a developed nation. She encouraged students to utilize their talent, creativity, skills, and innovative thinking for the country’s progress. According to her, the youth will be the driving force behind India’s future growth and prosperity.
