Sensational allegations against Venigandla Ramu… ‘Cockroach Exposure’ post regarding US visa fraud goes viral.

Allegations Surface Against Gudivada TDP MLA Venigandla Ramu Over US Visa and Consultancy Operations

Amaravati, Sep 16: A fresh controversy has emerged in Andhra Pradesh politics, with serious allegations being levelled against Gudivada TDP MLA Venigandla Ramu. An X handle named ‘Cockroach Exposure’ has made a series of allegations against the MLA, claiming that he cheated people by promising jobs and collected large sums of money from H-1B, OPT, CPT and H-4 EAD employees in the United States.

The allegations have gone viral on social media. However, the claims made in the post have not been independently verified.

Allegations Over US Consultancy Operations

According to the ‘Cockroach Exposure’ post, Venigandla Ramu travelled to the United States in 1994 on an F-1 student visa and later obtained a Green Card. It alleged that he subsequently established several H-1B consulting companies and made substantial amounts of money through what it described as “body shopping.”

The X handle further claimed that Ramu’s wealth generated in the US was worth more than $1 billion and alleged that he had links with several companies.

The organisations mentioned in the post include Verdict Holdings LLC (Eficens Systems LLC), Magtech Consulting & Solutions LLC, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, Ogni GP LLC, Elear LLC, Techsynergy LLC, Lilly Housing LLC, Castle Housing LLC, Stoney Point Housing LLC and Grayson Housing LLC.

The post alleged that thousands of H-1B applications were filed through these organisations.

Claims of Non-Payment to H-1B Employees

‘Cockroach Exposure’ further alleged that Venigandla Ramu collected money from H-1B, OPT, CPT and H-4 EAD workers in the US.

It claimed that more than 5,000 H-1B employees were not paid their salaries and alleged that a detailed investigation by US authorities could uncover large-scale visa fraud.

The post also alleged misuse of funds provided under the US government’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

Allegations Over Political Influence and Wealth

The X handle also claimed that Venigandla Ramu received a grand welcome during his visits to the US despite serving as an MLA in Andhra Pradesh.

It further alleged that more than $20–30 million was spent on his daughter’s wedding. The post claimed that money allegedly earned through visa and employment-related activities in the US was subsequently used to build political influence and social prominence in India.

These claims remain allegations made by the social media account and have not been independently established.

Call for US Authorities to Investigate

‘Cockroach Exposure’ alleged that fraudulent practices have been taking place for decades in the US under the guise of H-1B consulting companies.

The X handle called on the US Department of Labor and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to conduct raids and investigations into the organisations it named.

It also called for the cancellation of Green Cards and H-1B visas allegedly obtained through fraudulent means.

The allegations have triggered discussion in Andhra Pradesh political circles, but there is currently no independent confirmation of the specific claims made in the viral post.
