Opposition Questions Implementation of Super Six Promises.. Key Demands to Chandrababu Government

The opposition is strongly questioning the Andhra Pradesh coalition government over the implementation of its Super Six promises made during the elections. It is asking how the government can seek votes from people again without fully implementing the promises made before the elections.

The Super Six promises in Andhra Pradesh include ₹1,500 monthly assistance under Aadabidda Nidhi, ₹3,000 monthly unemployment allowance for eligible youth, jobs, ₹15,000 per child under Thalliki Vandanam, ₹20,000 annual assistance for farmers, free bus travel for women and three free LPG gas cylinders every year.

Questions Over Thalliki Vandanam

The opposition has raised questions over the implementation of the Thalliki Vandanam scheme, under which ₹15,000 per child was promised annually.

According to the opposition, parents still have questions about the eligibility criteria, scheme rules and payment process. It has demanded clarity from the government on whether every eligible family is receiving the full amount promised during the election campaign.

The opposition is also seeking transparency on the number of beneficiaries and the actual amount being transferred under the scheme.

Farmers Await Clarity on ₹20,000 Assistance

Another major election promise was the ₹20,000 annual assistance for farmers. The alliance parties had promised additional support from the state government along with the assistance provided by the Centre.

The opposition is now questioning the status of this promise and asking whether farmers are receiving the complete benefit announced before the elections. It has demanded that the government explain the current implementation of the farmer assistance scheme.

Free Bus Travel for Women

The promise of free bus travel for women in Andhra Pradesh is another issue being raised by the opposition.

It claims that complaints have emerged from some areas about inadequate bus services and buses not stopping at locations where passengers need them. The opposition argues that implementing free travel must also be supported by adequate public transport facilities.

Three Free Gas Cylinders

The coalition government also promised three free LPG gas cylinders every year for eligible families.

The opposition has questioned the implementation of the scheme, including eligibility conditions and the actual benefits reaching beneficiaries. It wants the government to explain whether there is any difference between the promise made during the elections and the current implementation process.

Questions Over Pensions and BC Welfare

The opposition has also questioned the status of promises relating to new pensions and pensions for BCs from the age of 50.

It is seeking clarity on when these promises will be fully implemented and how many eligible people are currently benefiting from them.

DSC Irregularities and Red Book Controversy

Apart from welfare promises, the opposition has raised several other issues against the coalition government, including allegations of irregularities in DSC examinations, alleged irregularities in land-related matters, and cases and attacks allegedly linked to the Red Book.

The opposition has accused the government of political vendetta and demanded answers on these issues as well.

Opposition Demands Accountability

The opposition is demanding that the Chandrababu Naidu government provide a clear account of its election promises, their implementation and the actual benefits reaching the people.

It argues that the government should explain which Super Six promises have been fully implemented, which are pending and what benefits have actually reached eligible beneficiaries.

The key question being raised by the opposition is simple: If the promises made before the elections have not been fully implemented, how can the government ask people for their votes again?

The opposition has called for greater transparency and accountability from the Andhra Pradesh government over the implementation of the Super Six promises.
