The DSC issue in Andhra Pradesh has once again triggered a political storm. YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, questioning why the government is not answering the questions being raised by students, youth, unemployed aspirants and the public over the alleged DSC irregularities. He made sharp remarks, asking whether the government would become “a disgrace to history” just to protect his son.
Jagan demanded a CBI investigation into the alleged DSC question paper leak and irregularities and called for Minister Nara Lokesh’s resignation, holding him responsible for the controversy. He also raised issues concerning pending fee reimbursement and Vasathi Deevena dues, along with the promised unemployment allowance for jobless youth.

He demanded that the government clear ₹9,000 crore in pending fee reimbursement and Vasathi Deevena dues.
The YSRCP alleged that arrears related to schemes meant to support students have accumulated and urged the government to release the pending amounts immediately, keeping the educational future of students in mind.

Jagan also reminded the government of its promise to unemployed youth.
He demanded that the government pay the ₹3,000 monthly unemployment allowance, including arrears, which, according to the YSRCP, was promised to unemployed youth.
The party said that the government has a responsibility to fulfil the promises made to young people waiting for employment opportunities and demanded clarity on the unemployment allowance.
“Why Resort to Diversion When the Demands of Youth Are Clear?”
Jagan expressed strong anger over what he described as the government’s attempt to divert attention from the main issue.
“When the demands of the people and youth are so clear, how is it justified to resort to diversion?” he questioned.
The YSRCP said that the concerns of students, youth and unemployed aspirants over the alleged DSC irregularities should not be pushed aside by raising other issues. It maintained that the government must answer the core questions instead of attempting to divert public attention.

Jagan stressed that people have the right to question the government in a democracy and that the government must respond to those questions.
“In a democracy, the government must answer the questions raised by the people,” he said.

He said that if the government failed to respond, students, youth and the public would not spare it.
