Another man, Kranti Kumar killed himself. Before he died he made a video saying the police were harassing him. These incidents have made people very worried about the police.

Jagan Mohan Reddy says these incidents are not just accidents. He says they are happening because of what he calls the “Red Book Rule” of the government led by the Telugu Desam Party.

He wants the top leaders of the state including the Director General of Police the Home Minister and Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to take responsibility.
He says Andhra Pradesh needs to be governed by the principles of the constitution not by what politicians want.
