Konda Surekha Likely to Be Removed from Cabinet
Significant developments have reportedly taken place in Telangana politics. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is learnt to have decided to remove Minister Konda Surekha from the state Cabinet. Reports suggest that a recommendation to this effect has also been sent to the Governor.
G. Chinna Reddy’s Appointment Likely to Be Cancelled
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister is reportedly understood to have decided to immediately cancel the appointment of Dr. G. Chinna Reddy, who is currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Telangana State Planning Board.
Reports indicate that Gadwal Vijayalakshmi has been appointed as the new Vice Chairman of the Telangana State Planning Board in his place.
Neerella Sharada Likely to Head Telangana Women’s Commission
The Chief Minister has reportedly approved the appointment of Neerella Sharada as the Chairperson of the Telangana State Women’s Commission in Hyderabad.
The official process related to the appointment is expected to be completed soon.
G. Sudha Rani to Head Kakatiya Urban Development Authority
Similarly, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is reportedly learnt to have approved the appointment of former Rajya Sabha MP G. Sudha Rani as the Chairperson of the Kakatiya Urban Development Authority.
