The auctioned Plot No. P1 in Raidurg spans 5.25 acres. At ₹264 crore per acre, the total value of the land works out to approximately ₹1,386 crore. The deal has once again put Raidurg in the spotlight among Hyderabad’s most expensive land markets.
MSN Realty Wins the Bid
MSN Realty emerged as the successful bidder for the prime property after a competitive auction. The auction, held in Raidurg in Ranga Reddy district, is expected to generate substantial revenue for the Telangana government.
Why Raidurg Land Demand Is Rising
Raidurg has emerged as one of Hyderabad’s key IT and commercial hubs. The rapid expansion of IT companies, improving infrastructure and growing commercial activity have significantly increased demand for land in the area.
Industry sources believe these factors played a major role in driving the latest auction price to a record ₹264 crore per acre, highlighting the growing value of prime commercial land in Hyderabad’s IT corridor.
