Jagan Raises Sensational Questions Over DSC Recruitments.. What’s the Twist Behind the 65 and 77 Marks?

Former Chief Minister and YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has once again raised questions over the DSC recruitment process. Posting a question every day on X regarding various aspects of the DSC, Jagan said the explanations being given by the government were raising further doubts. He raised several key questions regarding a candidate’s TET marks, eligibility and the verification process.

Twist 1: 65 Marks and Seven-Stage Verification

Y.S. Jagan questioned how a candidate who scored 65 marks in the TET was able to secure a teaching job. He pointed out that the candidate reportedly completed a seven-stage verification process before being appointed. If that was the case, Jagan asked why the candidate’s eligibility was not clarified during the verification process itself.

Twist 2: How Was the Candidate Declared Ineligible by the DEO?

Jagan also questioned how the same candidate was later declared ineligible by the District Education Officer (DEO). He asked how the candidate’s ineligibility was identified even after completing seven stages of verification.

If the candidate himself was in a position to say that he did not know how he got the job, Jagan demanded that the government explain what exactly the officials verified during the seven stages.

Twist 3: Got the Job, But Doesn’t Know How?

Jagan said the candidate’s claim that he did not know how he got the job raised further doubts. He demanded clarity from the government on whether the candidate’s eligibility was properly examined during the seven-stage verification conducted before the appointment.

Twist 4: The Sudden Appearance of 77 Marks

Jagan stated that officials have now confirmed that the candidate scored 77 marks in the TET conducted in 2018. If those 77 marks were already available in the official records, he questioned why they were not taken into consideration during the recruitment process.

He also questioned why the DEO declared the candidate ineligible despite the claim that the candidate had secured 77 marks. Jagan asked why the explanation regarding the candidate’s 77 marks in the 2018 TET emerged only after he raised questions over the issue.

Twist 5: The Wrong Paper Twist

According to Jagan, officials have stated that the candidate secured 77 marks in TET Paper-II. However, he pointed out that the TET qualification required for the Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) post pertains to Paper-I.

Against this backdrop, Jagan questioned how the candidate was allowed to complete the seven-stage verification process without properly examining the relevant eligibility criteria.

Twist 6: TET Again After Getting the Job

Jagan also pointed out that the same candidate appeared for the TET examination again in 2025, even after securing the job.

If the candidate had already secured 77 marks and qualified in 2018, Jagan questioned why there was a need for the candidate to appear for the TET again in 2025.

Jagan expressed serious doubts over transparency in the DSC recruitment process. He questioned whether this could really be described as an impartial and transparent recruitment process and asked whether such developments had created scope for irregularities in DSC recruitments.

Against the backdrop of allegations surrounding the DSC recruitment process, former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy asked whether Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu would take moral responsibility for the issue. He demanded that the government provide a comprehensive explanation regarding the allegations and the recruitment process.
