Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and late leader Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy was remembered by his son and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on his death anniversary. Jagan paid heartfelt tributes to his father and became emotional while recalling his memories with the late leader.
In an emotional post, Jagan wrote, “Dad… I miss you so much. You will always be my inspiration.” The post quickly went viral, with supporters and party leaders expressing their affection and remembering YSR’s legacy.
Jagan Pays Tribute at YSR Ghat in Idupulapaya
On Wednesday morning, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited the YSR Ghat at Idupulapaya on the occasion of his father’s death anniversary. He paid floral tributes at YSR’s memorial and later participated in special prayers held at the site.
Several members of the Y.S. family, along with YSRCP leaders, party workers and a large number of supporters, attended the programme. The gathering turned emotional as those present recalled YSR’s contribution to the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Jagan Recalls His Bond with YSR
While remembering his father, Jagan once again highlighted the deep bond he shared with Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy. YSRCP supporters said that Jagan is continuing to follow the path of public service shown by his father.

The party workers raised slogans such as “We will fulfil YSR’s aspirations” and “Johar YSR”, paying tribute to the late leader and recalling his political legacy.
