Young hero Suhas and Soori are playing the lead roles in the most-awaited film ‘Mandadi’. Set against the backdrop of boat racing, the movie has already created significant buzz among audiences. Recently, Suhas opened up about his shooting experience in an interview.
Suhas revealed that the climax of ‘Mandadi’ was filmed entirely at sea for nearly 45 days. He said the team would head into the sea every morning and return only in the evening. During the shoot, they faced several dangerous situations, including boats capsizing multiple times. Suhas revealed that there were four or five occasions when their lives were in serious danger.
Recalling the frightening moments, Suhas said, “We thought it was all over.” He explained that shooting the climax at sea was an extremely challenging and risky experience for the entire team.
Presented by Elred Kumar under the RS Infotainment banner, the film is directed by Mathimaaran Pugazhendhi. Mahima Nambiar plays the female lead, while Sathyaraj, Ravindra Vijay, Mithun and others are appearing in key roles.
The film’s music is composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar. ‘Mandadi’ is scheduled to release on September 10 as a pan-India film in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
