Gade Sai Krishna Custodial Death Case: Mother Vijayalakshmi Makes Sensational Remarks Against Pawan Kalyan

Mother’s Remarks Spark Statewide Debate

The custodial death (lockup death) of Gade Sai Krishna has once again become a major topic of discussion across Andhra Pradesh after his mother, Vijayalakshmi, made emotional and serious allegations while speaking to the media following a magistrate’s inquiry.

Expressing deep anguish over her son’s death, she questioned the government’s handling of the case and raised concerns over the ongoing investigation.

Emotional Appeal to Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan

Addressing Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Vijayalakshmi said,

“We belong to the Kapu community. We voted for Pawan Kalyan and helped him win, but this is the lesson we received in return.”

She stated that her son was a devoted admirer of Pawan Kalyan and questioned the justification for referring to him as a “criminal” even after his death. She said making allegations against a deceased person without conclusive evidence was deeply hurtful to the family.

Rejects Rape Allegations Against Her Son

Vijayalakshmi strongly denied the allegation that her son had sexually assaulted a 14-year-old minor girl.

She claimed that the girl herself had clarified through an audio recording that no such incident had taken place. Despite this, she alleged that the accusation continued to be repeated in political meetings. Criticizing Pawan Kalyan, she said making such statements without verifying the facts only added to a grieving mother’s pain.

Serious Allegations Against CI Nagaraju

Vijayalakshmi made strong allegations against Circle Inspector (CI) Nagaraju, who has been accused in connection with the case.

“My son was not a criminal. The real criminal is CI Nagaraju, who killed my son,” she alleged.

She accused the police officer of subjecting Sai Krishna to severe torture, leading to his death, and further claimed that a larger network was involved in the incident.

“Return My Son’s Ashes”

Breaking down in tears, Vijayalakshmi said that more than two months had passed since her son’s death, yet the family had not received his ashes.

“I don’t want property or wealth. Please hand over my son’s ashes so I can perform his final rites,” she pleaded.

She also warned that if justice was not delivered, she would be forced to resort to suicide in public.

Questions the Investigation

Vijayalakshmi expressed dissatisfaction with the investigation, alleging that only CI Nagaraju and a few police constables had been arrested while several others who allegedly threatened her family and were involved in assaulting her son remained free.

Although she did not mention anyone by name, political circles are speculating that her remarks indirectly referred to Jana Sena leader Ammishetti Vasu.

Alleges Threat to Her Own Life

She further alleged that the same people responsible for her son’s death were now conspiring to eliminate her as well.

Vijayalakshmi said she had no confidence in the present course of the investigation and demanded that every individual involved in the case be identified and brought before the law.

Demands Transparent Probe and Justice

Concluding her appeal, Vijayalakshmi urged the Andhra Pradesh government to ensure a comprehensive, fair, and transparent investigation into Gade Sai Krishna’s custodial death.

She demanded that the truth be brought to light, all those responsible be held accountable under the law, and justice be delivered to her family.
