“War on Two Years of Governance – YSRCP’s Charge Sheet Against the Coalition Government Book”

The YSR Congress Party just released a book called Venupotuku Rendu Samvatsaralu or Two Years of Betrayal. This book is about the two years that the coalition government has been in power in Andhra Pradesh. It looks at how the government has done with the promises it made to people. The book talks about things like election promises helping people, farmers, education, healthcare and the economy.

The book says that the government did not do what it promised. It looks at the promises the government made. Says that it did not keep them.

The Government Did Not Keep Its Big Promises

One of the things the book talks about is the Super Six promises. These were promises that the government made to people.

The book says that the government did not give women the money it promised. The government said it would give women ₹1,500 per month.. It did not do that. The book says that this means that women did not get ₹36,000 that they were supposed to get over two years.

The government also promised to give young people ₹3,000 per month.. It did not do that either. The book says that this means that young people did not get ₹72,000 that they were supposed to get.

The Government Did Not Help People Like It Said It Would

The book also looks at things the government promised to do to help people.

• The book says that the government did not help students like it promised. The government had a plan called Talliki Vandanam that was supposed to give students ₹15,000.. The government did not do that.
• The book also says that the government did not give people free cooking gas like it promised. The government had a plan called Deepam that was supposed to give people three free gas cylinders per year.. The government did not do that.

The Government Did Not Do A Good Job With Education and Healthcare

The book says that the government did not do a job with education and healthcare.

• The book says that the government stopped a program that was supposed to improve schools. This program was called Naadu-Nedu.
• The book also says that the government did not pay hospitals the money it owed them. The book says that this means that poor people did not get the healthcare they needed.
• The book says that the government is thinking about making some hospitals private. This means that people will have to pay to go to these hospitals.

The Government Did Not Help Farmers

The book says that the government did not help farmers like it promised.

• The book says that the government did not give farmers the money it promised. The government had a plan called Annadata Sukhibhava that was supposed to give farmers ₹20,000 per year.. The government did not do that.
• The book also says that the government stopped a program that was supposed to help farmers if their crops were damaged. This program was supposed to give farmers money to help them.
• The book says that the government did not help farmers who were hurt by disasters. The government was supposed to give these farmers money to help them.

The Government Did Not Keep People Safe

The book says that the government did not do a job of keeping people safe.

• The book says that there were 710 murders in the two years. The book says that 24 of these murders were because of politics.
• The book also says that the government used the police to hurt its enemies. The book says that the government filed charges against people who disagreed with it.
• The book says that the government also hurt people who spoke out against it on media.

The Government Caused Tension

The book says that the government caused tension in the state.

• The book says that the government did not treat Dalits well. The book says that there were incidents where Dalits were hurt or humiliated.
• The book also says that the government was mean to its enemies. The book says that the government hurt people who disagreed with it.

The Government Spent Much Money

The book says that the government spent too much money.

• The book says that the government owes ₹3.40 lakh crore. The book says that this is a lot of money and that the government did not use it well.
• The book also says that the government gave land to its friends. The book says that this was not fair.

The Government Was Better

The book says that the previous government was better.

• The book says that the previous government gave people ₹2.73 lakh crore. The book says that this was a lot of money and that it helped people.
• The book says that the current government did not do what it promised. The book says that this is why the YSR Congress Party wrote this book. The book is like a list of charges, against the government.
