Growing Protests at the Janasena Headquarters
There is a big debate happening in Andhra Pradesh about whether the Janasena Party office has become a place for people to protest. Lots of people are unhappy with the government because they feel their problems are not being solved. Victims, workers, farmers, students and contract employees are going to the Janasena Party office to seek justice and solutions to their problems.
The Janasena office in Mangalagiri is seeing protests and tense situations every week.
RWS Contractors Stage Massive Protest
Recently RWS contractors protested in front of the Janasena office. They want the government to pay them ₹1,100 crore that is owed to them. The contractors are very angry with the government. Say that officials and leaders are ignoring them.
The protest made the area near the party office very tense. The contractors say the government is not caring about workers who do infrastructure work and is delaying payments.
Contract Workers Demand End to Third-Party System
Earlier members of the AP RWS & CPWS Contract Workers Union protested. They want the government to stop using party and contract employment. They want their salaries to be paid directly.
The protesters walked a way to the Janasena office. They say they gave the government their problems through the “Janavani” platform. Nothing was done.
Kapu Leaders Protest Over Foreign Education Funds
On April 2 2026 Kapu community leaders protested at the Janasena office. They want the government to give ₹90 crore for foreign education assistance.
The protesters say they gave the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister petitions but they did not respond.
Mallavalli Farmers Seek Compensation
On November 25 2025 farmers from Mallavalli protested outside the Janasena office. They want compensation, for their losses.
The farmers say they went to the office times but nothing was done. They also say Pawan Kalyan did not meet them. The police stopped the protest.
Sugali Preeti’s Mother Announces Hunger Strike
On August 28 2025 Parvathi, Sugali Preeti’s mother said she would go on a hunger strike in front of the Janasena office.
She says Pawan Kalyan did not keep his promise to help her daughter. She says he said he would sign her daughter’s file first. He forgot.
Fishermen, Job Aspirants and Farmers Continue Agitations
Many groups, including fishermen, job seekers and farmers have protested at the Janasena office over the two years.
One farmer, Naveen traveled 760 kilometers in a bullock cart to meet Pawan Kalyan.
Political Criticism Intensifies
Some people say that the Janasena leadership did not keep its promises to help people.
Many groups are protesting regularly. Some people think the Janasena office is becoming a place for people to come and protest about their problems. Even Janasena workers are unhappy saying more people come to protest than to meet leaders.
